AbstractHistoryArchive Description
'Seven Last Words' grew from an invitation issued by Richard Tognetti, artistic director of the Australian Chamber Orchestra, to Georges Lentz and six Australian writers to respond to the last seven words of Jesus from the cross.
Lentz composed the music and each writer responded to a different phrase or theme suggested by the words of Jesus.
