AbstractHistoryArchive Description

A literary supplement to the University of New England's student magazine, Neucleus, its objective was to reflect the diversity of writing associated in any way with the scope of New England conditions - whether life-long residents or transient visitors, or those who were interested in an alternative publication. Kangaroo published music, stories, plays, reviews, interviews and articles about many subjects in an effort to include every form of writing which seemed distinctive and new. Overseas writers were also included.
