Notes

  • 'Last Draft 'continues the trilogy on the part played by the RAAF ... [ in World War II]: Tail Arse Charlie, View from the Turret and Iceman. Parts of that trilogy, as amended, are repeated in the following pages, though few very fully. They are intended to serve as a reprise to integrate in some degree those arlier books with the current one .'(Author's note)
  • Dedication: Last Draft is dedicated to the Australian airmen and women who served during World War 11.
