AbstractHistoryArchive Description

If they skate on the street, the police move them and neighbours complain about the noise. They are chased out of carparks and school playgrounds. Even the surfies taunt them-and the Council won't build a proper ramp. Their chance comes when a big Skate Out is held at the Shopping Centre. Only Bart takes it. He has to face the self-styled King of the Ramp and his gang and conquer his own nerves.
