'A young boy starts at yet another new school, in yet another hick town. He is soon confronted by the school arch-bully, Wedge, and his cat-eating dog, Meataxe. When Meataxe kills the boy's beloved cat, Socksie, he sets out for revenge, aided by the mysterious Madame Enilef.'
