First produced under the title 'Dark Dinkum Aussies' at the Arts Theatre of the University of New England as part of Carnival 81, 12 September 1981. Also produced in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne (La Mama Theatre) between September and November 1981. Produced in Colombo, January 1982 and shown on Sri Lanka Television, March 1982.
