The introduction to this volume of poetry states: 'The translators of this bilingual edition [...] deserve credit for their courage and tenacity...' (ix). The translators of individual poems are not identified. However, the Acknowledgement page lists the following: Jennifer Martiniello, Margaret Robertson, Anne Maree Britton, Liz Murphy, César Molina, Cristina Mouat, Jo Forrester, Hugo Toro Jr., Delia Alexandra, Geoff Page, Guillermo Olivares, and the poet's wife Marlene. Some or all of these may have been involved in the translation of the poems.
