  • In his obituary of Judith Cobb, Michael Gurr noted:

    Then Desire Lines, an ulcer of a play for everyone who worked on it. A play about the crash-tackle of AIDS. She gave us a surgical wonderland. You had to walk through the set to get to your seat. It was like walking through a body. A sort of Melways written in blood. Steel pipes of blue and red arteries steered you around. She wanted the audience to feel something. She wanted them to think.

  • Produced by Creative Space production as part of a triptych of plays (with The Normal Heart by American playwright Larry Kramer and Mother's Desire by American playwright Terrence McNally) under the umbrella title 'A Few More Short Plays About Aids', Alley Kat Cafe, Brisbane, from 1 December 1996 to 14 December 1996.
