BiographyHistory

Kel Semmens was a general practitioner for the Latrobe University Student Health Service. His social sphere included Christina Stead (q.v.) and the sculptor Andor Meszaros about whom he wrote a book. Semmens also published Cross Cultural Ethics and Social Implications (1985).
