Tim Richards is a writer based in Melbourne. From 1998-2004 he edited Stage Left, a website covering Melbourne's performing arts scene. Sporadically from 1996, and then full-time from 2004, he has been a freelance writer, specialising in travel and the arts. His work has been published in a range of publications in Australia and overseas, including The Age (Melbourne), The Herald Sun (Melbourne), The Canberra Times, The Australian, The Sunday Mail (Brisbane), The West Australian, The New Zealand Herald, The Press (Christchurch), The Dominion Post (Wellington), The Melbourne Times, Qantas Magazine, Melbourne Magazine, Pacific Magazine, Crema Magazine, Medical Observer and Pet New Zealand~.
