BiographyHistory

Western Sydney University (formerly University of Western Sydney, or UWS) is a multi-campus university. 1989, UWS began operation, however several of its campuses date back to the nineteenth century. The University has been through several restructures, and after celebrating its 25th anniversary, the university rebranded in 2015 and was renamed to Western Sydney University.

Multiple Faculties of the university have published.

Western Sydney University also hosts the Writing and Society Research Centre.
