Sunil Badami is a Sydney writer. He holds a BA (Hons) in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS); an MA with Distinction in Creative and Life Writing from Goldsmith College, the University of London; and a Doctor of Creative Arts in Creative Writing and Literary Theory from UTS.

He has written (primarily non-fiction) for a number of publications, including the Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, the Cultural Studies Review, and Meanjin.
