BiographyHistory

Michael McKernan has been the Director of Publications and the Deputy Director of the Australian War Memorial. He has written several books on the impact of war on Australian society. In 2009 Allen and Unwin published McKernan's The Valley: A Story from the Heart of the Land, a history of Jugiong and the Murrumbidgee Valley area in New South Wales.
