Clive Sansom published a number of anthologies and books on speech before coming to Australia. His other publications include The Poetry of T. S. Eliot (1947), a trilogy of school texts: Speech Rhymes (1943 and 1974), Acting Rhymes (195-?, and 1975) and Counting Rhymes (1974), and lectures delivered before the Religious Society of Friends in England in 1948 and Australia (The Shaping Spirit, The Backhouse Lecture, 1965).
