'Insight Profile was founded in 1993 to produce a video series profiling popular children's book authors. The video series is used as resource material by schools and libraries. Unlike traditional interview-style author videos these videos are something different. Detailed information on each writer's life and work is presented with attention grabbing visuals and style to capture something of the personality of each writer. With this video series you have the writer talking to you or your students when, where and as often as you like. With a video the whole class or an individual student can view the material over and over again. The duration of each video is approximately 25 minutes and each comes with detailed teachers notes.'
