BiographyHistory

Born in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, Foong Ling Kong studied at the University of Melbourne. She has worked extensively in the Australian publishing industry, including in-house at Penguin, Hardie Grant, Melbourne University Press, and Allen & Unwin. In 2018, she was working at the Parliament of Victoria as Editor of Debates, and on the board of the Feminist Writers Festival.
