BiographyHistory

Mayflower Books, formed in 1962, was the British subsidiary of New York's Dell Publishing Co. In 1967, Granada Group Ltd acquired Mayflower Books Ltd; Granada sold its publishing interests to Scottish publishers William Collins in 1983. Collins dissolved Mayflower Books Ltd in 1993.
