BiographyHistory

Eleanor Smith was educated at Perth Girls' School and worked as a nurse and a writer. Her poetry, short stories and articles appeared in a number of Australian literary magazines. She also wrote several unpublished plays, including 'A Far Country' (1970), and 'What're You in For?' (1977).
