BiographyHistory

Beryl Harp is a Nyoongar woman and was born in the bush under a tree in the Beverley/Brookton area. She is a well respected elder of the Noonygar Community and is highly sought after presenter for Nyoongar welcomes in the Perth metropolitian area. Beryl an illustrator of the children's storybook The Dream and has published a Nyoongar language book and tapes. She has also delivered workshops on Nyungar language to international students at Curtin University, as well as staff and students at the Centre for Aboriginal Studies, Curtin.
