BiographyHistory

McRae gained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), a Diploma of Education and a Master of Education in the context of an initial career in teaching. Since then he has been self employed as an educational consultant and writer of educational works and fiction. In the first capacity McRae wrote Change is a Journey, Not a Blueprint (2001) for the Asia Education Foundation. He has written widely on curriculum, educational management, the professional development of teachers and public education.
