BiographyHistory

Lesley Hicks has a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education from Sydney. She has been a secondary teacher and a radio and freelance journalist. In addition to her children's literature, Hicks has also written about St Paul's Anglican Church in Chatswood, and has also explored the disappearance of a noted anti-drug campaigner in The Appalling Silence: The Mystery of Don Mackay (1979).
