This author's identity remains to be conclusively established. For a number of years it was thought that they were 'Cecil Warren' (Leonora Twiss), with whom 'Sydney Partrige' co-wrote several serials. However more recent research has raised the possibility that they might have been B. Cecil Doyle. Doyle's father's second given name was Raworth. Given Doyle's Myall Leaves was published by 'Sydney Partrige' it appears that Partrige and Doyle at least knew each other.
