BiographyHistory

Don Haring was an American who spent some time in Australia during and after World War 2. During that time he wrote as Larry Kent with Des Dunn. Some evidence suggests that Haring may have worked on the initial Kent radio series: he is cited as 'author of 2UE's I Hate Crime series' in a 1950 edition of ABC Weekly (16 September 1950, p.5).

Haring was also the author of radio plays unconnected to the Larry Kent series.

Haring's wife was Australian.
