Roland Perry is an award-winning author, journalist and documentary-maker, best known for his writing on Australian military and sporting history.

  • A journalist for the Melbourne Age and the London Times and Sunday Times, Perry has also written The Programming of the President : the hidden power of the computer in world politics today (1984) and a number of biographies of notable Australians, among them Don Bradman and Mel Gibson. In 2010 Perry published The Changi Brownlow.
