Established by Tom Thompson (q.v.), Ett Imprint represents nearly one hundred Australian authors and estates, many of which were purchased from the Angus & Robertson backlist in the mid-1990s.

According to their website, 'Our aim is to keep Australian literary classics available, and our authors include Judith Wright, Kenneth Slessor, Arthur Upfield, Ion Idriess, Christina Stead, Eleanor Dark, Miles Franklin, C.J. Dennis, Mary Gilmore, Ern Malley, and Sir Donald Bradman [qq.v.]. We also publish key critical works on Gwen Harwood, Elizabeth Jolley, Sally Morgan, Jack Davis, Francis Webb, Peter Carey and Mudrooroo' (qq.v.)
