BiographyHistory

C. E. Moore was living at Coan Downs, Mount Hope, New South Wales, according to The Bulletin ( 19 February 1914, p. 2), which announced the poet's winning of a Bulletin poetry competition. Richard O. Moore was station manager of Coan Downs in the early 1900s, but a relationship with C. E. More, if any, has not been established.
