BiographyHistory

Nancy Eaton spent her childhood in Albany, in the far south of Western Australia, and after some time away during her adult life, was living in Albany at the time of her death. She left a collection of manuscripts, hand-written and typed, of poetry and short stories, now held in the State Library of Western Australia's Battye Collection. Ms Eaton self-published some of her poetry in her Selected Work, My Sesqui-Centenary Contribution – Poems (1977), q.v. to coincide with the 150th celebration year of European settlement in Albany.
