BiographyHistory

Eluned Lloyd emigrated to Australia in 1978 and as well as being a poet she is also an artist weaver. In 1992 she was awarded the first individual project grant to a poet by the Arts division of the Queensland Government and in 1993 she was awarded a Creative Development grant to explore a new visual sound poetic.

Lloyd has also worked as a senior research assistant in the Faculty of Education at the Queensland University of Technology.
