Faye Rosas Blanch is a Murri woman from the Atherton Tablelands of Yidniji/Mbarbarm descent. She has worked on Kaurna Land in Yunggorendi First Nations Centre, Flinders University. She has worked as an Aboriginal Education Worker, a secondary teacher and a tertiary lecturer.

Faye completed her Masters degree 'Nunga Rappin, Talkin the Talk n Walkin the Walk: Young Nunga males and Education' in 2009. She has developed a 3D Game as a tool for Reconciliation with Dr. Belinda McGill and Mr Theodore Wyeld and has worked on a Consultancy Aspirations Project with the University of South Australia.
