BiographyHistory

Launched in 2012 by journalist and blogger Charlotte Harper, Editia is a digital-first publishing business devoted to long-form journalism and non-fiction short pieces. The ebook and print on demand program is a platform for works that are too long for newspapers, magazines and websites, but not long enough to justify publication in a traditional printed book. Editia is based in Canberra, Australia but all titles are available globally.

The publishers will sponsor the annual Editia Prize, a new national award for previously unpublished Australian creative non-fiction writing of between 10,000 and 35,000 words.
