BiographyHistory

Phillip Constan was born in Cyprus and has resided in Melbourne since 1966. Phillip Constan studied Arts at Deakin University and he has been a supporter and contributor to the Deakin Literary Society and Mattoid literary publications for over twenty years. He has been the Artistic Director of the Greek Orthodox Achdiocese Central Youth Thetre Productions and Historia Inc.
