BiographyHistory

Founded in 1948 by editor Martin Greenberg and David Kyle, a fellow member of a New York-based science fiction group known as the Hydra Club. The Carnelian Cube was the first book published by the new press. Greenberg also edited a number of themed anthologies for Gnome Press.
