Andrew Robb was elected to the federal seat of Goldstein in 2004. He has been the federal director and campaign director of the Liberal Party and, among other roles, has worked with the National Farmers' Federation, the Garvan Medical Research Centre and the Menzies Research Centre.

In 2003, Robb was awarded the Office of the Order of Australia and Centenary Medal for his service to agriculture, politics and the community. He has served on the front bench of the Liberal Party in government and opposition.
