Nicholson , India : Cyberwit.net , 2020 23485222 2020 selected work poetry 'The style of these poems is quite attractive due to every day words used by the poet revealing technical skill and attractive insights. The diction and phrasing of these poems is quite remarkable. The poet for the most part uses matter-of-fact, everyday words instead of artificial and ornamental vocabulary.' (Publication summary)

'The poems are remarkable in their immediacy and powerful imaginative power. No doubt, these poems reveal 'incantatory murmur and inspired bursts'. The poems reveal the depths of human nature. These poems are full of a sweet and majestic rhythm, which satisfies the sense.'

'It is again a privilege for us to co-edit another volume of contemporary poetry which juxtaposes the styles of Indian and Australian poets. These anthologies, apart from presenting some of the very best poetry being written today, help develop and strengthen the literary ties between these two very different countries.'

'The poems in this volume will make you appreciate the ground more which nurtures us the mud that grows the beautiful lotus, the dusty dirt that grows the wheat, the rich soils which support our botanical gardens. Some poems will make you laugh, cry, perhaps even infuriate you, and hint at the future, whichever, we guarantee they will move you deeply and create a much expanded understanding of the notion of the land.'

This volume of wonderful poems is a continuation of the literary ties being developed between Australia and India. It is the third anthology in a series published by cyberwit with the aim of expanding and exploring the contemporary of these respective countries. The theme of this collection is broadly, emancipation—personal, social, and political. There are ten poets, five from each country with diverse age, geographical, racial, and religious backgrounds. All are committed, dedicated, and passionate poets. A book to both enjoy and keep as an important reference of contemporary poetry. (Publisher's Summary)

It is indeed a privilege to edit this volume of contemporary poetry exploring the literary ties between my own country Australia and a country I have a deep respect and love of - India. I chose the poets in this anthology from very different backgrounds and locations big cities, remote rural areas, forests, the coast - so as to give as broad a possible insight into the contemporary issues that confront individuals in both Australia and India at a personal grass roots level. Clearly in an anthology focusing on only eight poets there are many, many poets who could not be included because of size limitations. There will be more anthologies of this nature in the near future so committed published poets who would like to be considered for these future projects may contact me directly.

1 y separately published work icon Taj Mahal Review Santosh Kumar (editor), 2002 India : Cyberwit.net , 2002 7926232 2002 periodical (1 issues)

Taj Mahal Review, published by Cyberwit.net, is devoted to the cause of poetry so that our planet may be a better place to live in. What the Journal asks the poet is to be stimulated and moved by the visual and the aural imagery. The poems should reveal the remarkable variety of life, and a faith in life, blended by a healthy scepticism. The critical articles and essays should exhibit the post-modern trends, without obscurity, artificiality and violation of laws of criticism. Taj Mahal Review does not accept compositions founded on violent self-pity, or feelings of egocentricity. Poems, essays, literary articles, short stories, and book reviews are invited for publication in the International Journal Taj Mahal Review, published in June and December annually.'
