An American publisher, poet, columnist, reviewer, and published author C.C. Clingan is perhaps best known for founding the now-defunct Small Press Writers and Artists Organization (S.P.W.A.O) and his zines The Diversifier, Paragon, and Dragonard. His short stories have appeared in various fanzines. Two were also published in American and Australian anthologies - 'High Bank' in Future Pastimes and 'Goldenlight and Fleetwood' in Alien Worlds.
