BiographyHistory

Zona Moore grew up at the mission near Moree, New South Wales, where she she had won an Aboriginal Welfare Bursary to attend Moree High School. After graduating she commenced with a nursing career at the Moree and District Hospital, spanning over 35 years. (Source: Moree East Public School, Digital Elder Project 2010)
