BiographyHistory

Bob Massey Pootchemunka spent a great deal of his life living and working as a drover in Queensland. Upon returning to the area of Ti-Tree near Aurukun on Cape York Peninsula, Bob Massey Pootchemunka and his two nephews Eric and Ian worked towards making their cattle station a viable enterprise, run by Aboriginal people. The story of three generations of Aboriginal stockmen is captured in the film Three Horsemen.
