BiographyHistory

Dickey Cox is a storyteller from Kulkarriya Community School at Noonkanbah and has acted as Community Chairperson for Yungngora Community. The Community is situated on Noonkanbah station, 360 kilometres east of Broome in Western Australia and is on the edge of the Great Sandy Desert. Cox actively works with community youngsters to pass on their traditional language and cultural activities by endeavouring to blend the traditional customs and laws within the fabric of the developing community.
