BiographyHistory

Betty Nyangala Muffler is an Elder from South Australia. Muffler was part of the group Kupa Piti Kungka Tjuta. The group was made up of senior Kokatha, Antikarinya and Yankunyatjatjara women who gathered to defend their traditional lands against government proposals to build a nuclear waste dump in the Coober Pedy region.
