Yintilypirna Kaalyamarra composed songs in Ngarla, an Aboriginal language spoken in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. ' He did mostly mustering work with sheep on Shaw River Station. This station was actually a big outcamp for De Grey Station. Yintilypirna Kaalyamarra was also an artist and his black ink drawings can be found at Dalgety House in Port Hedland.'
