BiographyHistory

Hannah Rachel Bell has served as a consultant to the Western Australian and Northern Territory governments on co-cultural development with the Aboriginal peoples of Northern Australia. She has also acted as advisor to the Canadian government on the impact the Northwest Pipeline development had on Indigenous Canadian peoples. Together with Bungal (David) Mowaljarlai (q.v.), Bell started Aborigine Bush University, the Nyarinyin Education Initiative, and collaborated with him on many other projects related to their mutual aim of 'bridging the gap between black fellas and white fellas' within Australian society.
