BiographyHistory

'Dora Haggie was born at Tempe Downs cattle station in the Northern Territory and moved to school at Areyonga, where she learned to speak Arrernte. After living at various stations and communities, Haggie settled in Ernabella. She has worked at the Ernabella Arts Centre, making ceramics, beanies and paintings. Haggie's work has been shown across Australia.'

Dora Haggie has worked with Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Land Management on conservation issues.
