BiographyHistory

Oak Valley is a remote Aboriginal community located on the southern fringe of The Great Victoria Desert, northwest of Ceduna on Maralinga Tjarutja Lands. It was established as a 'community out station in 1985 for Anangu people displaced from Maralinga Lands for British atomic tests.' Yatala is a neighbouring community located south of Oak Valley.
