'Julia Torpey is a descendant of the Eora people in New South Wales and in 2005 graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts degree and  undertook her Master of Urban Planning degree also at Melbourne University. It will provide a place for young people to begin the next chapter of Urgent, a novel which discusses Aboriginal health, the Stolen Generations and Reconciliation.
