BiographyHistory

Bulla was taken by his parents to Argyle Station as a young child. His father's language was Miriwong and his mother's was Yilngali. When he was old enough, Bulla was left with the Duracks to work in the stockyards on their station. Bulla received his name from M.P. Durack and Mr Woodland. He worked as a stockman on many cattle stations throughout the Northwest and is the brother of Jack Sullivan (q.v.).
