BiographyHistory

Zahera Noor was a primary school teacher and a head teacher in Afghanistan. She left her country during the Russian occupation and lived in India. She came to Australia in 1983 and has been active in community social and cultural activities. (Source: Poetry Across Rooftops, p. 88)
