BiographyHistory

Douglas Scott served with a military police company assigned to the US Fifth Air Force in New Guinea and The Philippines in World War II. When he retired from the US Defence Department in 1974, he migrated with his wife and two children to Australia. He began writing poetry while working as a library assistant at Macquarie University.
