BiographyHistory

Terrance Grieves is a descendant of the Marla Marla people of Newcastle Waters, Northern Territory. Born and raised in Tennant Creek, he attended Tennant Creek High School where he was a keen sportsman representing the Northern Territory in basketball and baseball. Grieves began writing in 1995 and. W.B. Yeats has been a particular influence on his work.
