BiographyHistory

Cobblestone Scribe began as the blog of steampunk and speculative fiction author TC Phillips. It now also serves as a niche publishing service following the release of the Specul8 : Central Queensland Journal of Speculative Fiction anthology in late 1015. Cobbestone Scribe is operated by Phillips from the Central Queensland city of Rockhampton.
