Oriana Palusci has been Professor of English at the University of Naples, Italy. Her research focuses on Translation Studies, World Englishes, Cultural Studies, Gender Studies, and Postcolonial Studies. She is the author of English, but not Quite: Locating Linguistic Diversity (Trento: Tangram edizioni scientifiche, 2010), one of several of her works situated at the intersections of language, culture and postcoloniality. In 1990, she was the editor of a collection of women's SF that included Australian Rosaleen Love.
